Client Brief

We were approach by an Architect and introduced to their client to do a full house refurbishment and extend the property with a 2 storey extension which would extend the kitchen area and allow for a new master bedroom.

Project Description

We demolished the existing rear elevation along with the rear roof to enable the construction of the new 2 storey extension thereby extending the kitchen and creating space for a shower and toilet for the ground floor. The first floor now has a new master bedroom and the space was reorganised to include a child's bed by the stairs. All other rooms in the property were also refurbished that also included new flooring, electrical rewiring, and new plumbing. A new patio at the rear of the house was installed with some structural landscaping. Major retaining walls were constructed to accommodate the new drainage.
